ABOUT  JULIA

Julia is a sound engineer currently based out of New York City. Born and raised on Long Island, NY she grew up with a love of music playing Flute and Saxophone for 10 years. In high school her passion for music drove her to joining the school lighting and sound club and she eventually was live mixing every concert for her school. Currently she studies sound design for theater at Pace University in NYC where she has continued to develop her mixing skills including learning to engineer in a recording studio environment. Her recent credits include A1/Live Mixing on Sunday in the Park With George (Pace University), A2 on The Drowsy Chaperone (Pace University), A1/Live Mixing on City of Angels (Pace University). Recent Design credits include A Midsummer Nights Dream (Pace University), Dead Man’s Cellphone and Nothing is the End of the World (Stella Adler/NYU), Machinal (Pace University).
